ValetPark Pro provides airport valet parking reservation services at participating airports worldwide. We act as an intermediary between customers and parking service providers.
4. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website or mobile application
- Payment is due at the time of booking
- We accept major credit cards and debit cards
- Prices are quoted in USD, GBP, or CAD depending on your location
- All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Free cancellation: More than 24 hours before scheduled parking
- Partial refund: 50% refund for cancellations 12-24 hours before
- No refund: Cancellations less than 12 hours before scheduled parking
- No-shows: Full payment is forfeited for no-shows
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
6. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive:
- Booking confirmations and reminders
- Flight status updates
- Vehicle ready notifications
- Service updates and promotions (opt-in only)
SMS Consent Requirements:
- Consent must be provided explicitly (not pre-checked)
- Message frequency: Up to 5 messages per booking
- Msg & data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time
- Consent is not a condition of purchase

8. Liability and Insurance
- All vehicles are insured by our parking partners during the parking period
- ValetPark Pro acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft
- We recommend removing valuable items from your vehicle
- Claims must be filed with the parking facility directly
- Our liability is limited to the value of parking services purchased
9. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle information and license plate number
- Arrive at the designated location at the scheduled time
- Notify us of any changes to your travel plans
- Ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and has valid insurance
- Comply with all airport and parking facility regulations
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, are the property of ValetPark Pro or our partners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
